
Miss Hannah grew up just outside of Cranbrook, British Columbia. She started highland dancing when she was five years old in Cranbrook. Dancing under her mentor Liela Cooper, Liela Cooper School of Highland Dance from 2005 to 2018. Miss Hannah was recommended for the North American Sadie Simpson Highland Dance Scholarship Competition in 2012 (Miami), 2015 (San Diego), and 2016 (Toronto). She began her highland dance teacher journey when she was 15 years old and received her Highland Associates from the British Association of Teachers of Highland Dancing, Glasgow, Scotland at 16 years old.
During Miss Hannah’s studies for her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at University of Alberta. She continued her passion of highland dance in St. Albert, Alberta dancing and teaching under Kathryn Campbell School of Highland Dance from fall 2019 to summer 2023. She competed at numerous championships and was 3rd Runner Up at the Alberta Closed Provincial Championship, 2022. Miss Hannah was 4th Runner Up in the ScotDance Canada Open Championship in 2022. She examined and received her certification in Highland Members through British Association of Teachers of Dancing in Spring 2023.


In Fall 2023, Miss Hannah danced in an Adult Highland Dance Class at Liela Cooper School of Highland Dance. On June 1st, 2024 Miss Liela’s dancers performed at the top of Kimberley Alpine Resort at Ceilidh on the Mountain.
Miss Hannah announced the Hannah Boulton School of Highland Dance on June 2nd, 2024. She has always valued performing with the Kimberley Pipe Band since 2005 and is excited to continue performing with Kimberley Pipe Band as a tenor drummer and dancer.
